Crafting Patron requires armorcrafting or weaponcrafting (depending on what you want to craft) lvl of 650 and Artisan status
Crafting Devastator requires armorcrafting or weaponcrafting (depending on what you want to craft) lvl of 800 and Master status

You need 2 Bloodhoned pieces + extra materials to craft Patron and 2 Patron pieces to craft Devastator

Designs up to Patron Gear can be purchased from common crafter "designs guy" merchant in any major town
Devastator designs are random drops from REHM
